Changed my mind...

Somehow the flower cards looked a bit girly, and I remembered that I had a perfect card for a guy in the late 20-ies. So I needed another in the same style, and took the Wild Sprouts Savannah from The Greeting Farm and some scraps in red and Hero Arts digi Woodgrain bg.

I cut a square hole in a black card and put the red curtain behind.

Then I cut the floor with a scalloped scissor to make it look like an old fashioned stage, and glued it in front of the card but behind the curtains.

And finally I put Savannah on the stage. Here is the final card:

And here are the cards together with the presents.

Birthday cards for 2 brothers

Needed a couple of cards for two brothers, and as usual I'm doing this the last minute. I also wanted to enter this months Hero Art contest with my new flower text stamp, so I made one with the velvet technique with florentine pattern (the brown one, not visible though). And on the blue I used the kissing technique with the same stamps.

I also stamped and embossed two extra flowery ones (copper and hologram), and cut out.

Used color pencils for coloring, but didn't bling them since they are for two guys. ;-)

First amiguri animal

One of my co-workers was doing some knitting on the meetings, so I got inspired to pick out my amigurimi book and do some crochet. My daughter ordered a pink pig, so that's what this is supposed to be. ;-)

Receptsajten

My mothers birthday card

Have been sick with a cold the latest one and a half week, so I havn't had much energy for being creative. But I needed a card for my mothers birthday, so I dug out some of the material I used for the web page (the girl is from The Greeting Farm). I also found a gold wrapping paper that I made a circle of, and some finished greetings.

Scalloped the circle with a wave scissor, and trimmed and adhered the bg from HA (gold embossed with distress ink) on the blue paper and trimmed again.

And here is the finished card (together with a darker image where the gold reflection is visible).
